What the hell do I wear to a wedding???

I need help!!

I have a wedding in a few weeks and have absolutely no idea what to wear. Last time I went to a wedding was before kids (currently 3 and 4) I'm bigger than I'm comfortable with and have absolutely no idea what to wear.... so far Iv decided
I don't like high necks, I have big boobs high necks make me look big
I'd rather have a mid length skirt dress.
Other than that I haven't a clue, I'm a size 12, 34E and budget is probably no more than £70.... can anybody help?

What is your colouring and what sort of colours and patterns do you like?
