The fringe is too thin and gives the overall impression that your hair is a bit thin/sparse.

Your hair looks much fuller and healthier in the no fringe pic.

No fringe looks better on you.
And I think the darker colour looks nicest.

Much prefer dark. I'd keep a fringe but go with a different style
