Autumn wedding outfit

Please help! I've scrolled through thousands of dresses and just haven't seen anything I fancy! I have an autumn wedding to attend and budget is fairly small, £50 max
I am a sturdy, stumpy 5"4 size 12, don't like showing arms or cleavage ideally. I like a big skirt, or fit and flare. I quite like quirky designs, or a bright colour.
Can anyone help? I've gone dress blind now and have no idea what I want. It doesn't help that I have a dress I love at home but worn it to two weddings in the last 3 months with same guests
