Purple veins in my cheeks

How do I get these removed? I went to a local laser/aesthetics clinic, and the lady was a bit mean, telling me I should have taken action when they were pink/red. (They've been purple for a few years)

Is there anything more powerful than just using concealer every day for the rest of my life?

No idea but you aren’t alone - I have the same to the left of my mouth. So annoying but I just ignore it tbh

There's a treatment called the arms vein which mentions purple thread veins, it may be worth looking for a local practitioner
