Hi all, a question for those who use retinol. I've got one from The Ordinary (in fact it's a retinoid 2% emulsion) and it just doesn't seem to get absorbed into my skin at all, I don't apply much but my face is forever shiny as if I put oil on my skin and after 20 mins or so I have to dab it with a tissue just to be able to apply a moisturiser on top. It just doesn't seem to get absorbed at all. Is this the way retinols are or am I doing something wrong? Should I try another retinol or another brand? Thank you.
