Help me find an outfit- please

Hello, I really want to find a nice outfit for an upcoming work event. I really like the jumpsuit and heels look, so something like this, shoes and all!
I'm small though - 5'2" - and wondered whether that would look alright on me? (I know I need to go try this look on.)

Any ideas/links would be very much appreciated- jumpsuits and shoes please!

I should have said that I want a jumpsuit with a back, not a halter neck.

What size are you, there are loads on eBay which makes me wonder if people don't like them once bought

Bit weird but I think jumpsuits can look a bit matronly for anyone over a size 10. I don't know why!
