Skin care for oily skin

Anyone found a miracle daily skin care routine for combination skin? I have dry cheeks but ridiculously oily head and nose and can’t seem to find anything that works! Whatever I use either moisturizes too much and my forehead is pure oil or too little.
Currently use oskia gel, then paula’s choice and then Florence moisturiser.

Deffo not a miracle but don’t get spots from having oily t-zone anymore (only hormonal spots)

I NEVER use toner and this made things worse for me.

Morning:
-micellar water (I use garnier)
-moisturise with olay regenerist whip (spf 30) this is a really good moisturiser and not greasy like other spf creams I have tried. It’s about £35 but worth it
-make up is powdered mineral foundation and I rarely use thick cream foundations

Evening;
-soap free face wash (currently using simple as I get red skin when I use water on my face and wash off make up and this brand is very gentle on my skin)
-garnier oil serum (Hemp) and lavender eye cream
-if I want extra then I’ll add nivea night naturals cream

I’ve spent so much ££ on face creams and potions.
This is what works for me!

The only thing I really splash out on is body sun cream because I get terrible heat rash!

I have oily skin, products I like and have repurchased multiple times that I feel work well, leave my skin soft, moisturised, not oily but not stripped are below. I use other products but these are my favourites.

  • Dear Klairs oil cleanser
  • Estée Lauder SPF
  • Clean and Clear oil free moisturiser
  • REN chemical exfoliant

I think the trick is to customise your skincare to different areas of the face.

I double cleanse using gentle cleansers (Caudalie cleansing oil, Paula's choice cream cleanser with a flannel). Paula's Choice BHA lotion (salicylic acid) on the t-zone to reduce blackheads.

Then a hyaluronic acid serum, which adds moisture without oiliness, plus a retinol serum. I use Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base moisturiser which is really hydrating but non-greasy one - you could always use a couple of drops of facial oil in your drier areas too. (I do this at night.)

Then before makeup I use Smashbox Photo Finish Light primer on my oily t-zone (great at absorbing oil and doesn't ball up) and then Laura Mercier hydrating primer on the drier areas of my face.
