Pretty/ non matronly G cup bras

I know where to shop in general for G cup bras but I’m looking for something less scaffolding and matronly looking.
The sturdy ones are fine day to day but don’t make me or my giant norks feel very attractive :(

The panache Clara is lovely

chipsandgin · 10/09/2021 22:07

This is gorgeous (I’m a 34GG & most of the Bravissimo bras are great for the giant of nork..):

I get mine from M&S

NavigatingAdolescence · 10/09/2021 22:14

My HH’s (were J’s) live in the Panache Jasmine. Fabulous shape and pretty fabrics.

If you’ve 3 hours to do the magnetic clasp up at the neck! Last time I tried I needed chiropractic treatment! 😂

My daily bra

I used to get all of mine from Debenhams, their Gorgeous range was very good for bigger cup sizes that look pretty and not like feats of engineering. Did they go online only? Or is it part of Boohoo or something now? You can tell I haven't bought bras for quite a while, but I really could do with seeking these out...

DobbyTheHouseElk · 10/09/2021 22:24

My recent amazing find.

Asda t shirt bra £5. It is the best bra ever! Goes up to at least a G.

Frolicinameadow · 10/09/2021 22:41

Ooh some very pretty suggestions here! Thank you fellow giant norked ladies. I can see myself feeling less like a scaffolded building in these 😂

Look on brastop too

ISeeTheLight · 10/09/2021 22:46

Look at Primadonna. Rigby & Peller sell them. Not cheap; I tend to buy them in the sales. Best bras ever - incredibly comfortable and supportive AND they look nice.

Fluffandbubbles · 10/09/2021 22:55

@NavigatingAdolescence I have the Alexa bra, fasten the clip before you put it on, then put it over your head and arms through the holes and do up the back like a normal bra ?

NavigatingAdolescence · 10/09/2021 23:40

I’ve tried. I do my bra up at the front and twizzle it around. I can’t do my bra up behind me. Putting it on over my head is the only way I’ve managed to do it. Sexy, it ain’t!!!

OurMamInHavianas · 11/09/2021 11:56

Gossard Glossies and Curvy Kate are great

XingMing · 11/09/2021 13:49

Another recommendation for Primadonna. Once you've found the style you like, past seasons' colours can be acquired a bit cheaper from BraStop.

viewsoftheshard · 11/09/2021 14:28

I like primadonna and empreinte. Horrendously expensive but keep an eye on the sales!

CovidPassQuestion · 11/09/2021 16:01

Cleo by Panache are definitely not dowdy. Always have fab colours.

If you can do this then you’re wearing the wrong size band!
NavigatingAdolescence · 12/09/2021 09:21

Not at all. Can get the 2 fingers underneath (as confirmed by Bravissimo).

TableNiner · 12/09/2021 10:58

I like Panache Envy

Bagelsandbrie · 12/09/2021 11:15

@TableNiner

I like Panache Envy
Yep I like this one too. And Fantastie Pippa I think it’s called. New on bravissimo.
TowerOfJoy · 12/09/2021 14:29

Asda have some really good looking bras that go up to at least a GG.
And same as a PP, the Asda £5 t shirt bras are excellent value. I think I have them in every colour now and they wash well.

hufffflufff · 12/09/2021 14:30

M & S have some really nice ones!

CoffeeBeansGalore · 12/09/2021 14:34

My daughters (in their 20s and generous of bust) like www.bouxavenue.com. Pretty, comfortable and not like scaffolding Grin

Tesco actually do some lovely larger bras in their bigger stores.

NavigatingAdolescence · 12/09/2021 14:45

@hufffflufff

M & S have some really nice ones!
Is it just the pants they’re designing for men, then? (I’ve boycotted them since 2019.)
