Duffle coats

I don't wear coats often so have several bought over the years that are barely worn including a couple of duffle costs.
I love duffle coats, although these were fashion ones rather than classic. Pics attached pulled from internet, think these are the ones I have.
How dated are these?!

DD and I always have an [https://uk.originalmontgomery.com/ Original Montgomery Duffle]] coat for winter, they aren't thin 'fashion' duffles they are thick and heavy. Whilst expensive they sometimes have sales and the occasional trip to the dry cleaners keeps them looking good for years. I don't think duffle look outdated (can't see your photos) I think they are classic, although I do t tend to go for upto date fashion and fads anyway.

Urgh.. Messed up the link Original Montgomery duffles

Yes I would love a classic one (been wishfully looking at classic duffles and parkas!) but can't afford it. They are lovely though.

The one Dd uses currently was the first one I bought whilst at Uni with a Daily Mail offer I think and was £99 instead of the usual ££££ best thing I spent my student loan on. Unfortunately I've never seen them at that price since. Even £100 is alot but it made it back in that I didn't have to buy another winter coat for years (when I out grew it Blush)

I love duffle coats! Joseph did one a couple of years ago that caught my eye. I ended up not buying it because the colour was not very versatile as it was bright orange (also the full price was an "issue" Wink )

I love duffle coats. Had at least one in my wardrobe since student days years & years ( decades) ago. Don’t think they date.
I have coloured, fashion ones, I bought from Boundary Mill, but my favourite is a classic navy blue one I’ve had forever that still looks like new.
