Help needed - shoes to go with a dress

This is the dress - www.wearethought.com/eleanora-tencel-pleat-detail-floral-maxi-dress-in-white/

Bought for a day time event at the end of the month. Was sort of lazily hoping I could get away with trainers, but I don't think so! I'm rubbish at shoes, if I'm trying to dress up a bit I'm never convinced my shoes work. I prefer flats but an inch or two chunky heel would be ok.

I was thinking that the black Arizona big buckle Birkenstocks would work, but it might be too cold for bare legs and sandals ... but would be a good excuse to buy the Birks Wink

I'm a clunky rather than delicate shoe person in general. Any suggestions? (And will I need tights!)

What about a wedge heel?

Lottsxx · 07/09/2021 23:31
