Celtic and co boots

Have just ordered the wilderness boots. They are lovely and very comfortable. And though they fit my (stupid fat) calves...I think they are extremely unflattering (on account of the stupid fat calves).

I'm usually a fly boots kind of girl but fancy a change! Any recommendations for brands I might like?

Have you tried the woodsman boots? I have them in Black and Brown and find them comfy and flattering, I think because the top is angled it flatters the calf more than a straight topped boot.

I was going to suggest the woodsman too - you can also unfold the sheepskin top so it is less bulky.

Thanks. I did consider the woodsman initially, but preferred the sole on the wilderness. Perhaps will have another look. I've just seen there is a knee length wilderness...wondering if my legs might look more balanced with a bit more length (presuming they would do up) 🤔

I have quite slim ankles but ridiculous calf muscles.

Yes I keep mine up as prefer the leather to the sheepskin.
