Turned up Boyfriend fit jeans and Birkenstock type sandals is all that is really needed to achieve this look, with or without the Mac

Coat is a Burberry trench. The jeans I don’t know the brand but you could get this look with a pair of boyfriend fit jeans, or Mum fit jeans (buy a bigger size than your normal size); you want a high waist with a wide leg. Roll up the hems as you like.

great thanks everyone! Thought the shoes might be birkies, but knew one of you would know for sure here : ) The jeans are exactly what I have been looking for, the right blue colour, high waisted and wide leg, but what I haven't been able to find!

Yes they are. As I say, I have identical ones but in the toe thong. I’m delighted with them but they are shiny! My friend asked if they were fake as the buckle was different…

I have the big buckle oiled navy and they are very different from all my tiger Birkenstock's. I love them but as they are lined with leather they take more wearing in, had them 2 summers. Hers are oiled cognac. I have been looking for a second hand Burberry for some time...

both styles, especially the jeans look ill fitting and flumpy. I guess when a celeb wears something it really does alter our view of it. I hate skinnies but these are like the denim version of Columbo - do love him though !
