Does anybody know an alternative to FFS shaving cream?

I’ve been using the FFS shaving cream got a few weeks. I really like it but- it just doesn’t seem too last very long for £6. Does anybody know of anything similar - that’s slightly cheaper or would last longer? Thank you!

(I just use conditioner - works really well and isn't expensive. Soap leaves my legs too dry)

I use ffs razors, i just use my favourite body shop conditioner before (i dont shave in the shower due to being appalingly short sighted) and then I shave, i get lovely smooth moisturised legs in one go

I’ve never used shaving cream, just shave my legs daily & moisturise after - not sure it’s necessary!?

I think my legs would bleed if I shaved them with nothing! I use shower oil or shave gel

I use soap as well @hugoagogo. IMO shaving cream/gel/foam are just marketing ploys to get us to part with our money. I have tried using hair conditioner, which is often recommended on here, but soap wins it for me.

I just use hair conditioner. Anytime I've used shaving cream it has really dried my skin.

Any good quality hair conditioner will make the razor glide.

I use shower gel.

Conditioner here too. A revelation, only need a tiny bit and one less thing to pack for a holiday.
