Internet inspectors assemble! I need your help tracking down a skirt with next to no info

As the title says

I've fallen head over heels for this skirt. Convinced myself it will be life changing and I can't go on without it.

I have nothing to go on but the screengrab pic I have posted. I have asked the person wearing it and got blanked .

All I know is it is definitely a skirt and not a kaftan type thing and I need to own it

No it's a proper skirt, when she twirls in the video you can see a zipper up the back
