Heavy Duty Dog Walking Boots - recommendations please!

I walk around 50-60 miles a week and live rurally with lots of rocky paths.

I wore my Salewa one's, walking boot style, to death but also like the idea of something more pub / town friendly rather than a traditional walking boot.

Any suggestions...?

I have got Dubarrys.
Totally waterproof and warm.
Great for dog walking and then popping straight out on the school run (I got fed up of wearing wellies everywhere!)
They are pricey, but beautiful.

Another vote for Dubarry or Dublin River. Both very comfy, fully waterproof/snowproof. Look smart enough to be seen in public in and are easy to clean.
Pricey yes but totally worth it as they’ll last for years.

Dubarry where what I had in mind, but I wasn't sure if it was worth the £££ or if there were just-as-good equivalents (which there appears to be if you do a Mumsnet / Dubarry search.)

Do dubarry do wife calf boots?

I LOVE my Dubarry boots. So comfy. I walk for miles in them but I do stick with my lace up walking boots for rough terrain.

@nancybotwinbloom Dubarry website suggests the Galway Extra Fit, in two colour ways. There is currently a 10% sale; not to be sniffed at with those prices!

Thank you I shall add to my Christmas list
