Mint velvet have done me very well too - they wash and bounce back very well. I have a pair which are approaching condemnation - which I bought about 4 years ago. I then got pregnant, wore them the whole way through (high waisted wonders that they are), have worn them for the following almost 3 years and they still look great. They're only done now because I've lost over 3 stone and they're finally getting a bit too baggy at the waist
