What sandals or shoes would go with this dress

I am wearing this dress to the races on Saturday and don’t know what shoes or sandals to wear . I can’t wear heels 5hat are very high or wedges so they’d need to be low and I also don’t know what colour to get . Any advice please ? Thanks xxx

Which races? Is there a dress code?
But assuming it’s quite relaxed, I’m obsessed with block healed mules at the moment. I would wear a bright/neon but a safe choice would be a nude. There are so many options out there and most are quite a low heal
