Help me get out of my trainers

I’ve been living in trainers since lockdown 1 and while I feel like it’s time to move on I’m looking at boots & shoes now with sadness now as I think they’re going to hurt!
I’m 50 on my feet all day (retail) so looking for something that’s stylish & comfortable.
Tell me S&B gurus does such a thing exist?

Docs / solovair (but need insoles if you need arch support

But I have to say if I was literally on my feet all day I’d stick with trainers for work

Thanks Givemethatknife have looked at some docs but don’t think I could bear any shoes that might need ‘broken in’ iyswim
Might investigate the Fit flops but don’t want anything too mumsy either
