I am considering one as I switch handbags quite a lot, often at the last minute, and end up forgetting stuff. Do you find them useful and would you recommend any specific ones? I think preferably I'd rather have a non rigid one. Cheers.

Yes I do, but I use one because I use my bag for work, and keep all the work related stuff in it, then I can just take it out when I get home.
I also find it brilliant on holiday, for keeping things together eg passports, tickets etc, then putting it in the safe in a hotel.
I think they are brilliant. Mine is a soft one with lots of pockets and compartments. I’ve no idea what make it is as it was a gift.

Yes, I use one and it's bloody brilliant. I often use quite large bags and they're always a mess. I got a bag tidy as a gift a couple of years ago and thought 'um why would I need a bag for inside a bag' but I LOVE it. I keep all the things I always need in it and move it from bag to bag. It's got loads of little pockets for random stuff. Honestly, get one!
