Eye bags!!!!

Does anyone have some wonderful tips for shrinking eye bags?!
I have been going through a really tough time, my eye bags look terrible and making me feel so old.
I need something that helps drain the puffiness away and shrink the bags.
Anyone have any miracle ideas...

I think they are majorly puffy as not been sleeping and crying a lot, look like I have been punched !

I have read reccs for the Ordinary's caffeine eye serum.

and good old teaspoons in the fridge can work a treat if the puffiness is as a result of crying

Ketogenic diet.

I had awful bags (Jewish heritage) anyway they all but disappeared after I did keto for a month.
Also used caffeine solution from the ordinary but it was the keto that was a game changer.

Sugar must feed eye bags imo.

I agree with Keto, and loads of water, The ordinary Argrilene Solution and Sub Q at night, and the caffeine in the mornings.

Thank you, I will try the ordinary serum I think. Can’t do keto as I can’t eat that diet I don’t think.
I am prone to bags anyway, but they have got so much worse! It’s like they are full of fluid or something, tried massage to drain them, worked first time slightly but after that nothing 🙄
