Has anyone ever bought any of their knitwear and if so how do you rate it?

Are the jumpers soft or scratchy?

Do they have any physical shops (can't see any on their website.)

I have a couple of jumpers and they are very soft and comfortable. Also have a chunky knit cardigan that's quite scratchy but it's worn like a coat so it doesnt matter to me.

I have 2 jumpers and they are incredibly soft. My all time favourite jumpers and well worth the money.

All my jumpers are now from there. Very good quality and last a long time. I must admit I prefer 100% wool as it keeps me warmer - I get cold really easily

Have a few things and really like them. Very good with returns. But they come up quite big in my experience- made for tall people and often swamp me.
