school trousers for 13yo women's size 10

I need to find school trousers for DD. Everything we've ordered online is too skinny - fits on the waist, but not around the thighs/bum. When she buys casual clothes, she fits a British women's size 10 - she's very curvy, and girls sizes don't usually work for her. Has anyone solved this problem? It's making us crazy!

I get my dds school trousers from Next or Marks. Womenswear not the school uniform section. It's got really difficult to find a pair of full length straight leg trousers for some reason - everything is skinny or super skinny and 7/8 length which isn't allowed at her school!

I've ordered some Next adult trousers to try - thank you tiredanddangerous! I had no idea that was even a thing. This would be much easier if the school had black trousers instead of grey ones, but what can you do? Any and all other suggestions appreciated - getting desperate!

And why, for the love of god, does everything have to be skinny?! Why do girls have to have trousers so tight they might as well be leggings?!

Not just girls, my son wears trousers, jeans and jogging buttons that look like they have been sprayed on Grin

Perhaps Next Petite range, if she doesn’t have the full height of a woman yet. :)

Which next ones did you get. I have exactly the same problem!!!

Iamagenius from Next I have ordered Tailored Taper Trousers (140-066) and Boot Cut Trousers (443-825) and Roman Originals Straight Leg Tapered Trouser (R75-348). All in a size 10. No idea whether any of them will work, but I'll let you know! I've also ordered some from Trutex including a boys 'sturdy' pair. It's driving me insane, and I'm completely prepared to get my sewing machine out for alterations at this point. Trouble is, I'm a poor seamstress!

I have just picked up a pair of plus size boys trousers in Tesco in age 13 which fit! Victory.
