Dress for 12 yo DD

Can anyone advise on some nice clothing brands for DD? It’s her Bat Mitzvah soon so she needs a lovely dress with covered shoulders/upper arms, not too short and no cutouts. She likes fashion and would hate something that looks babyish. Thanks

Thanks. I probably should have explained that it needs to be an occasion dress. I can’t seem to find something in her size that isn’t a monsoon type frilly party dress.
