Low v-cut dress, how to not to flash

I have a long dress with spaghetti straps and a low v. It ties at the back, so no bra possible.

In my head, I have a complicated plan involving tape. Before I cause injury to myself and/or another, does anyone have any recommendations?

Dress like this (but not quite as revealing).

FWIW, I have a small chest.

Have you tried it on and what does it look like without intervention?
I think if you have a small chest and it is a snug enough fit at the back it will look fine.

I have tried it on, will need something to hold it in place

I think this is the sort of thing tit tape was invented for

This looks like the stuff.

I realise I'm drip feeding here. Tried some of the double sided tape and was unconvinced. It was a generic one from years back though. I see the eylure one has great reviews though

Wig tape works wonders compared to the tit tape Grin

The glue decomposes over time so you might need to buy newer stuff.
