Diastasis/mum tum friendly tshirts?

Can anyone recommend somewhere that does quality, flattering tshirts to hide a mum tum?

I gave birth 5 months ago and I’m stuck in my m&s maternity tshirts still :( Everywhere else on me is slimming down, but my abs are shot and I look pregnant when I dont hold my tummy in. This is getting me down/I don’t know how to disguise it. (I’m eating healthy/doing physio etc, but it’s a long/slow road)

Are there any go-to shops/brands I should consider? I used to love fashion and just want to feel myself/confident again.

Following Op, good question. Similar here and hate wearing stomach holding in things as well, annoys my c section area.. I like long line tops but need them to be huge to not cling to the tummy part so end up looking like am wearing a sack!

Yep I think ‘sack’ is my current silhouette as well 😞 I wonder what’s a more flattering tshirt cut? I used to like boxy ones

Have tried researching but im not sure
how to dress my new shape either - i.e if I was previously a pear and now have a big wobbly tummy, does that mean I’m an apple? Or just a bigger pear? 🤷‍♀️

I have this problem. My old big standard m&s basics t shorts are the best.

I also like the Athleta flow with it trousers. They're sold out now but here's a picture- nice wide stretchy panel across the waist/ stomach to smooth everything out.

Lol autocorrect that should say bog standard m&s t shirts

Yep got separated abdominals…never even heard of it/presumed a mum tum was just fat!

Thanks for these suggestions 👍

Watching with interest as I have this problem. I also war a sack! I do think it's harder in summer. In winter I can wear skinny jeans with a long/loose jumper or tailored worn trousers with a top and long cardie or jacket.
Summer clothes are much less forgiving or just look untidy.

I would also add, be careful what jeans you wear.

I have a load of fairly tight fitting ones that I assumed would hold things in a bit.

In reality they act on the Mum tum a bit like a push up bra, scooping it up and forwards...
