I ordered from look fantastic but due to delivery drivers constantly taking my parcels to anywhere they think is my address I decided to use a lock close to where I live.
Tracker said parcel is now ready to collect but no code has been sent parcel was deposited in locker at 4pm yesterday.
I’ve tried emailing them and feel as though the reply is automated as they state code has been sent and to call them which I am at the locker containers. Which is some I don’t wish to be doing.
Has anyone had the same issues using this service
