Backpack help please!

I could really do with a new backpack for work to fit a laptop, but it needs to be waterproof. I'm quite fussy but don't have a massive budget, ideally around £30-60, though could stretch for the perfect bag.

Styles of bags I like - Fjallraven, Roka, Lulu Lemon (everyday backpack)

Does anyone have a Roka? Is it full waterproof and ok for a laptop?

I just got an osprey questa laptop bag for work and I've been really pleased with it.

I have a Roka rucksack and have to say it was a big disappointment! Scruffy and floppy and not waterproof.

I like Ally Capellino - but to get in budget you will need to try and shop in the sale...

I love the backpacks from doughnut. Have three so far. All with a laptop section and so many other pockets and sections.

Are they waterproof? I saw these in a shop window and they looked lovely.
