Hair care and the sea

What products do you use pre sea swimming/post sea swimming to protect hair? I've dyed blonde fine hair and am worried about it but love sea swimming so any recommendations gratefully received!

I'm not sure about products I'm afraid - hopefully someone else will be able to help. But have you considered a swimming cap?

I like the way my hair goes after being in the sea, and you can even buy sea salt hair spray so it isn't just me

I'd rather not due to heat!

I had gorgeous beach waves in my hair today after being at the beach and swimming.

My hair is highlighted blonde and I've never had an issue with it?

I also use salt spray!!!!

Pool swimming is very hard on the hair but I've never had a problem when sea swimming.

I think I’d find a proper swimming cap, brightly coloured so your visible if you get into trouble.
