Can someone explain what a winter pear etc is please?

And a 'summer strawberry' etc? I've been seeing this on another forum and what they are 'meant' to wear and not to wear etc? What the hell is all this about? How do I know if I'm a spring apple or whatever the hell it is?

I am guessing it is a description of colour/ season and body shape.

Is it something like;
Winter suits cooler & jewel colours
Pear, bigger thighs & bum in relation to chest & shoulders??

It’s colour matching. Pear apple strawberry rectangle etc are the body shapes. The seasons are what colour hues you are for example warm toned, cool, etc. Google it and there are loads of quizzes to work out what season you are.
