Anyone from Glasgow help

I was just wondering if anyone glasgow based could.help to recommend a good stylist. I am absolutely petrified when it comes to the hairdresser but my poor locks are in bad need of attention since having my kids my hair just isnt the same and it is really getting me down. Any suggestions and recommendations would be so gratefully received.

Hey, I have curly hair, so also have the fear and cut my own hair. However, Belle & Blackley seems to get a really good write up, if that helps. Allan Edwards does too and there was a deal on itison in the last couple of days so might be worth a look. Hope you find someone 🙂

It might be worth posting this on the Scotsnet board too. There's lots of Glasgow folks on there.

The Lunatic Fringe in Bank Street off Great Western Road near Kelvinbridge is great. They really listen and pay attention to what you want - and will come up with suggestions if you don't know, they are very kind and do a great job without costing the earth or taking forever to do it. They also don't do that horrible 'who on earth cut your hair??' stuff. Don't be put off by them being near the Uni they have a wide range of ages in their clients, not just students.

Their Covid protection is also excellent and very clearly explained too, if that's a worry for you.

West End Hair, stylist Iain. I spend decades and £££££ going round rainbow room, Taylor Ferguson, Allan Edwards, the lot. West End Hair on Gt Western Rd is my recommendation.

Belle and blackley are good, although I haven't been since before COVID!

I’d echo West End Hair, though it’s Nick who cuts my hair - I’ve done the rounds and he’s by far the best stylist for my slightly thinning curly hair.

Another vote for West End Hair. Cracking team.
