Shoes for a wedding...

Anyone got any suggestions of where I may find some dark green shoes suitable for a wedding (my daughters) - I have been searching for a while and not found anything suitable. I can get some dyed from the Rainbow Club but their shoes look quite old fashioned. Not too high either as I am tall and also have an old knee injury!

Would appreciate any ideas...

I think you may struggle, green is a difficult colour to find. I’m just browsing through Brand Alley and John Lewis and they have hardly anything. How about a contrasting colour, maybe gold or nude.

What shade of green are you after? Have you already chosen your outfit?

I love this brand, they are very comfy, you can really walk in them all day long.
But the style is very particular, you either like it or hate it. And they can be expensive in the UK; I usually buy in Spain or Italy.

Like other posters I think you will struggle as dark green a niche shoe colour

Could you post the outfit so we could suggest alternatives - without seeing it I'm going to suggest pewter, antique gold

House of Bruar have these - to me it's not a dark green - they class it as bottle green

oh thanks for the suggestions - just logged in. Will have a good look at all of these - it is like a bottle green to match my hat, the outfit is a pistachio / mint dress and coat (quite plain) and I have a fancy Ted Baker handbag which is pink with flowers and has both the greens in it to (hopefully) draw everything together....... I did think about neutral too but daughter told me dark green so who I am to argue :)

@Disfordarkchocolate these look hopeful .... but out of stock in my size! I think I will end up getting a different colour

I know this is not what you asked, and please feel free to ignore my unsolicited advice…
I would get pink shoes to match the bag. I would also ditch the green fascinator. If that’s you hiding behind the outfit, the dark green won’t show up well against your dark hair. Go for a pink or mint green head thingy.

I agree that a pale pink fascinator and shoes would be much better.

100% agree with this. Also I know it’s shoe advice that you’re after, but honestly the coat thing looks very ageing.

I hope you’re not regretting asking for advice OP. I like the jacket btw.
