White stuff dress

Absolutely chuffed! My friend bought a dress from there but too big for - especially around the bust. Rather than alter it or send it back it was going to do the rounds of whatever friend would fit it. I was first.

Despite being a size 20 and it is a size 16 it actually fits! She said the sizing is pretty generous and she is right!

I told her I was going to make sure the label with size 16 sticks out!!!

Cannot show you the actual dress though but it has a nice pattern with lots of blue and pink in it.

Apparently they now sell in John Lewis (Westfield White City anyway) so I might have a nosey in there.

The size of the dress doesn't matter, it's how it fits and looks on you. I'm speaking as someone who is obsessed with size, weight etc... If the dress looks good on you that's, all that matters, and after all no one else knows what size it is. Enjoy your dress!

And I hope you've got a nice lipstick to team it with (I've just been catching up on the lipstick thread!) 🤣

White Stuff clothing is mega generous, but who cares. I used to buy stuff from there because the smaller size made me feel better. Unfortunately it meant quite a few mistake buys that never got worn!

If it looks good and you enjoy wearing it, keep it. No one will ever see the label, or even care what it says.
