Armani Luminous Silk

TableNiner · 19/08/2021 08:15

I think IT Cosmetics CC cream is pretty full coverage.

LordOfTheOnionRings · 19/08/2021 08:17

Armarni second skin

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 19/08/2021 08:19

Double wear,I don't find it heavy at all and I've not found anything nearly as good.

seensome · 19/08/2021 08:23

Catrice HD foundation

Skade · 19/08/2021 08:26

I love NARS Sheer Glow for this effect, feels really light but I get excellent coverage.

BaconAndAvocado · 19/08/2021 12:20

TableNiner I already use the IT cc foundation and don't feel it's full enough for me.

Agree with this. Not double wear, maybe one of the newer doublewear formulations?
justasmalltownmum · 19/08/2021 12:23

NARS brand

frecklesandspots · 19/08/2021 12:52

YSL touché eclat is a good option.

Itwasgoodwhileitlasted · 19/08/2021 13:00

Clinique moisturising one is good but I do have dry skin

SingingInTheShithouse · 19/08/2021 13:03

IL Makiage

I bought it online on a whim after seeing a Faceache add with rave reviews that looked genuine... something I'd never normally do, especially from a colour POV, but getting out to buy was difficult & my usual brand had discontinued my shade

Result, it's bloody brilliant & the colour match from a few random questions has been a bit mind blowing, probably the best I've ever had Confused Feels like I'm wearing nothing & is buildable too

Agree . I use this. It is illuminating. Perfect for older skin.
Rosesviolets · 19/08/2021 14:28

I bought YSL Touche Eclat just recently, having worn it in the past and wanting something nice for summer.

However, it's too slithery-feeling for me now and didn't give as good coverage or feel as nice on the skin as my own old faithful, which I've gone straight back to, which is Maybelline 24 Hour Superstay foundation. Smile I literally can't go wrong with that. It has amazing full coverage but I can't feel it on the skin, builds up nicely, you can blend shades together easily. I got the Maybelline 30 Hr one as well recently and didn't like it as much (too stiff) but the 24 Hr is still perfect.

PerditaNitt · 19/08/2021 14:37

Armani silk is medium and feels barely there. You can build up the coverage but I find it easier to top it up with their powder foundation which has a heavier coverage and also feels very light (unfortunately the shade range is a bit more limited on the powder).

I’m quite tempted by the il makiage stuff because the adverts look good

karmakameleon · 19/08/2021 14:52

I’ve just received my free sample from dcpher who do personalised foundations. They match colour to you skin tone (use your camera phone to take a selfie) and you choose how much coverage you want. I chose medium and it’s good enough that I’ll buy the full product. Worth a go given that you only need to pay postage for the sample.

NotExactlyHappyToHelp · 19/08/2021 14:56

Fenty!!! I’ve tried em all and Fenty is by far the best for full coverage with a barely there feel. It’s also the best colour match I’ve ever had.

Used to be an avid Double Wear or NARS sheer glow fan but it’s lured me away.

I went to Harvey Nichols in Brum and got colour matched and had a sample from the loveliest counter assistant I’ve ever met. He was fab.

showmethegin · 19/08/2021 14:58

Second Fenty

Third nars sheer glow. It is not sheer, or glowy Confused but it is lovely!

I agree, it's not that it's matt on me it's just not luminous!
NanTheWiser · 19/08/2021 17:28

Dior Forever Undercover, I’ve tried others, but go back to this (I’m 74, and need full coverage these days!)

SnowWhitesRestingBitchFace · 19/08/2021 17:30

Physicians Formula Butter Believe It Foundation + Concealer is my absolute favourite right now. I'm oily and it has great longevity whilst still looking quite dewy and has great coverage.

Lostat30 · 21/08/2021 11:03

I hated nars sheer glow, it looked awful on me

Boots no.7 foundation (stay perfect) and dior forever skin glow foundation

I used to always use double wear but they changed it and its not been the same for a while. I have dior / Lancome/ estee lauder but its always the no7 that I actually finish and replace everytime 👌
