Hello,

I think I need to up my game re skin care but I'm not sure what serums & acids (?) I should be using? Can anyone recommend a regime &/or products?

Traditionally I've just cleansed, toned & moisturised. Late 30s & no real skin problems just general ageing.

Thank you

Prescription retinol cream at night (skin +me or dermatica) is one of the few things that actually makes a difference. And I also like a vit C serum, the medik8 works well for me.

Do you use the retinol every night?

When & how often for the vit C?

No budget but ideally not creme de la mer prices

I also use Dermalogica products and love them. I use Nivea in the blue pot at night time. I personally think good skin comes mainly from within. Diet, sleep, fresh air, lots of water.

I also use Nivea at night - the white pot though.

I use the precleanse, rinse and wipe with a muslin, phyto oil then the intensive moisture. I feel like I've had a proper pamper every time I use it. Smells amazing and I don't even wear foundation anymore. I have a small scar from a childhood accident on my chin and since I've used this regime I can't even see it anymore. I'll never look back.
