Help me style this frock for a wedding

Upcoming wedding: will be relatively dressy/party mode rather than a cutesy affair. Probably dark cardi similar on top to quieten the orange down a bit. Any other suggestions to give it a bit of an edge? No fascinators, hats considered ;-)

I don't think a cardigan would look very nice. I don't think it looks right when people pair cardigans with formal clothing. Why does it need a jacket/cardigan?

I would probably do a great pair of gold larger earrings, bracelet and maybe gold or tan open toe heels.

I have this dress. If I were to wear it to a wedding I would play up the orange by way of a faux fur shrug and statement earrings.

Hummm, interesting. I’m not sure I could carry more orange ;-) I was thinking crop cardi type thing as English weather is never reliable…

Anybody seen any good faux fur shrugs ?

Maybe not quite as bolero as that @boatyardblues but yes: cropped/short sleeved, possibly open type cardi. I do like the fake fit idea: I have a few already as I wear a lot of retro/40s stuff but none that will work colour wise I don’t think.

I would go for a cropped blazer/jacket rather than a cardi.
