Help! Cool/classy/stylish interview outfit!

Hello! I have an interview for my dream
promotion (higher level clinician in the NHS).

Sadly, I'm much fatter than I used to be but I still want to wear something that makes me feel cool and sauve!

I'm an 18-20, 5'8 tall and in my mid thirties! Please help!

I’d go with a plain, fitted, dark coloured dress, something like the Karen Millen one linked by PP, with a lightweight jacket. The jacket could be same colour or a lighter one. Plain shoes, or dark sandals while it’s summer, minimal jewellery. Natural, discreet makeup, tidy hair.
I’ve interviewed many people over the years, not same line of work though.

How about wide leg smart culottes (Next do great ones, v elegant), an interesting shirt, and patent loafers?

Maybe something a bit like this but slightly more formal?:
