Itchy head-allergy?

It's really annoying!! Not dandruff or nits but my scalp is really itchy, can't see a rash and wondering if I've had a reaction to some new products? I've stopped using a leave in conditioner and a new Aveeno conditioner that I had tried to see if it calms down, anyone else had anything similar from new products?

@Kjr33 I've only just realised that I am so careful with the products I use on my face, can't tolerate any fragrance for example and have to use really specific products otherwise my face is irritated but I'm not as careful at all with my hair products, it never even occurred to me, this thread has been really enlightening.
