Show me your Lucy and Yak dungarees!

I received my 1st pair today- black ones. I'd love ideas of how to style them and what you wear underneath. I'm a 12-14 and bought the 14 long ones. A bit big but I chose the ones with the set leg - Luna I think?

Have a couple of pairs now, one berry and the other a more heavy dark navy.

I have worn plain white fitted shirt with a grandad collar (with cufflinks), a blue and white Bretton t/shirt, plain t/shirts and have just got this below as I really like the colours, its a bit thicker but will go with both pairs for the winter. I find the more fitted the top the better and not to long so you dont have lots of material bunching up.

Just try a few tops and see how you feel, I am a convert now, my L&Y are so comfy

I do love a stripe!

I sold mine because I looked like a man in them. I love them on other people though.

I was nervous the first time but it was fine. Didn't frighten any horses or get invited to be an enntertainer at a young child's birthday party.

I wear plain fitted t-shirts with mine.
Wear patterned t-shirts or contrast colour with plain ones.

I’m a similar size to you and went for a size 14 too. I went full kids tv presenter with lilac dungarees with a sun/moon design. I’m currently heavily pregnant and do look a bit like Humpty Dumpty but I don’t care because they’re comfy and I love them. I wear a plain fitted T-shirt underneath.

I have three pairs all cord, navy, ashy pink and sage green.

I love love love them.

I wear them with plain white t shirts in the summer and Birkenstock’s with the ankles turned up. In winter I put them over one of my 6528273 stripy tops and wear them with my black classic vans. Not particularly chic but very comfy!

I don’t have Lucy and Yak dungaree (not keen on their politics) but I have others which I wear mostly with plain coloured boob tubes or tight t shirts.

I have Lucy and yak short dungarees but prefer the fit of run and fly, also have GAP dungarees which I live, been wearing them today with a white vest top underneath as it’s been warm. Sometimes I wear a boxy tshirt or a long sleeved plain top if it’s cooler.
