Please help me find navy trousers.

I’m making my wish list for Autumn/Winter and I’d really like a pair of trousers that aren’t jeans for once! Criteria:

  1. Navy.
  2. Relaxed leg or wide leg. No cigarette pants or crops. A proper waistband.
  3. Reasonably casual. I’m a stay at home mum so don’t need these for work. I just want a pair that I can wear on a random Tuesday around the house but that I can also dress up a bit for a weekend lunch out.
  4. Wool? Warm, anyway - no polyester ideally.
  5. Budget up to about £120. Possibly can be stretched for the perfect pair.

Any ideas? Thank you.

They’re gorgeous! Not in stock in my size though… 😩

That's always the case. What size are you.

QueenMabby · 16/08/2021 16:48

The first pair, I meant. The other ones look a little cropped.

Teaandscone · 16/08/2021 17:24

Perhaps not casual, but these are the only wool trousers I have found that are machine-washable. You may want to size up, though.

Boden Hampshires.
Richmonds are OK but more summery. Hampshires are jersey ponte and fabulous.

H&M have polyester ones which are the best wide leg trousers I have ever worn. Professional and comfy at the same time

Cos

QueenMabby · 17/08/2021 13:21

Thank you. I’m off to look. I’ve had Boden Richmonds in the past but I got rid of them as they were just unflattering on me. I’m a size 8-10. 5’ 7” but short of leg and long in the rise. Pear-ish in shape.

@Teaandscone those Peter Hahn ones look nice but the reviewer says they are rather short in the rise.
