Bright coloured dresses? Size 14/16 low neck?

I've posted this before but I love bright colours, so fuschia pink, turquoise, yellow etc and would love some bright dresses. Cos was my go to style wise but no bright colours. Any thoughts?

I also own the Phase Eight Penele dress in turquoise it washes well and packs well. It's very flattering.
