Spray tan help

I had a spray tan done 2 hours ago for a wedding tomorrow. I didn't pay any attention to the brand the salon used and just assumed it went on without a colour guide (ie clear). In the past I've noticed a change really quickly but I'm still paler than pale. Not even a white pant line 😩. How long should I wait?

That's strange... Was it a one hour tan or a 'traditional' spray tan where you leave it on overnight? I've had a one hour tan before and it very weirdly didn't really develop until after I'd washed it off . It didn't look totally clear when it went on though. There was some difference, just not a big difference.

I've messaged the salon to ask how long it should take to develop. There's literally no difference!
