Help needed re contact for &other stories

Evening all. I ordered a shirt aaaaaages ago from Stories. It's still pending on the Hermes site so I'm guessing it's lost somewhere. I emailed what I though was customer services a few weeks ago and it bounced back. I've since forgotten to follow it up because...life. Anyhoo, I'd like my money back. Does anyone have a tried and tested contact email for them?

They have a whole range of different ways to contact them on the website, chat, messenger, email and a phone line open till 9pm, have you tried those?

I had the opposite - I returned something and a fortnight later it was still “progressing through the Royal Mail network”. I emailed and had a refund 24 hours later (I sent a note of the tracking number). I just used the customer services email on the website.

Their customer services is very good, give them a call.
