Please help me find this M&S top

I saw it on a display in a store yesterday but it wasn't anywhere on the shop floor and there were no staff to ask. I took this photo of the label and the top but can't find it on the website. Can anyone help please?
Incidentally, it was the big flagship Marble Arch shop I went into and I was shocked at how little stock they had in. The shop was so bare and parts of it which used to have stock displayed in was closed off with racks. There really was very little selection compared to the usual amount.

I really like that too, but I wouldn't be a size 6!!! A hopeful bump while I get searching for it too.

Maybe email customer services and ask?

They had a green long sleeved one on the mannequin in my local store but none in my size and it wasn't online, the member of staff said it's probably new stock that has sold out and then they'll probably get more in as it was Autumn stock, maybe it's the same for the navy one 🤷‍♀️

I was there at the weekend and there was a sizeable chunk of the ground floor given over to the sale. I wonder if the navy version of this top is new stock and is yet to go on the website, etc?

No - it shows availability of two colours, the pink and the blue on the website. On the app, it states two colours are available and when you click on the colours button also brings up the navy and cream versions. However they are out of stock in all sizes.

Thanks all. What a shame they've already been in the sale as it was only promoted in a recent email I received. When I saw it in person yesterday it was one of those classic items that I'd get so much wear out of...ho hum, I'll keep an eye on the website. Thanks again.

It's worth it to keep checking, it might come back in to stock. I think you can ask them to email you when stuff comes into stock too.

Marble Arch M&S is going to be downsized and redeveloped and it's like they aren't bothering anymore

Oxford Street is all a bit miserable, with the western end worst than the eastern end which didn't used to be the case. Plenty of places to buy sweets though

Have you checked in-store stock? A couple of the stores near me have the navy in stock but obviously it depends where you are and what size you need.

That's typical of M&S. I don't think I've ever seen anything on a mannequin or on a poster or in a Facebook advert that they actually sell.

Sometimes things seem to be introduced with low stock and then a couple of months later the sizes and colours appear. Most frustrating though.

Slight derail but this is something which really annoys me about m&s. I get adverts on websites or intagram but when I follow the link the item is unavailable or out of stock. So stop advertising it!

That explains it @TableNiner - thanks. That whole part of the street felt very sad and neglected. And don't get me started on the £6m pile of scaffolding covered in dying grass which has just opened...

@bababingbadabum I agree. I get emails and might like something in one of the pictures i.e. not necessarily the item they're promoting, but do you think I can find it. Generally not. And often the promoted item isn't available at all.

I'd love to consult retail shops about customer experience. Another examples is I can't get on the John Lewis app to order unless I'm in Wifi. What's that all about?
