Hair SOS!

How would one get horrible green and grey tints out of natural ginger hair that’s been dyed brown? Ketchup didn’t work, clarifying shampoo didn’t work, making a paste with shampoo and vitamin c tablets didn’t work, hair disaster is very noticeable and embarrassing and I’d cut it all off except I’d have to go above the ears!
If I was to use a red toner, does anyone know a good one? Or am I better going with an orange one?! I hate to think how much I’ve spent already trying to get the natural colour back - even just a slight improvement would be better than the current state of it Blush
Hoping to sort this out at home without going to the hairdressers if possible..
Lesson well and truly learned!
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

You need to put the red back in.

I recommend going to a colorist.

Thanks Happy36. It definitely needs either red dye or red toner, does anyone know a good one? I don’t want to spend £20 on one that has the same result as the ketchup!!

Thinking of cutting layers into the top, to get rid of some of the dye that way..
