So eldest DD is getting to the stage that she should have some face wash and a moisturiser to limit breakouts / start looking after her skin.... what brand should she go for? She can't have anything with nuts oils in btw. I don't want it to be hideously expensive either! Is CeraVe a good starting point? And suggestions welcome.

Dd, 11, has recently started using a micellar water to clean her face at night and it's already helping with some spots that were starting.

Cerave is good, as is the ordinary and the inky list. I think I would go for elf though for that age group unless she has particularly problem skin.

My DD likes Mario Badescu (if I;m paying ) or Revolution.
Inky List is nice , I put in the bathroom for general use
Carbon Therapy for DS

Nothing too faffy or it won't get used

Konjac Sponge (the one on the loop that you hang up and it dries hard after use ) I use on its own in the shower

DD9 is using Body Shop Aloe Vera Foam cleanser. It’s great. Really gentle, non drying and easy for her to use as it rinses off so easily.

Oooh thank you some good suggestions!
