Micro blading/Phishading - how dark at first?

Hi All,

I’m booked into have Phishading (combo of microblading/powder brow) on Saturday. Had to wait 6 weeks for the appointment and I specifically chose a date when I had a quiet work week afterwards.

Now I’ve got to travel for business next week and I’m worried they will still look ridiculously dark and obvious! I have light blonde hair and blonde eyebrows so I’m worried.

Should I ré-schedule?

Mine were dark but they soon settled after a few days. To be honest, I was just so relieved getting them done after thyroid issues that it just seems a small blip in the big picture.

I’m loathe to rearrange it as I had to wait for ages to get this appointment. But I have to facilitate a workshop so I’ll have everyone looking at me. Hopefully it’ll be ok; it’s not until Thursday next week.

If it was me, I'd be honest at the beginning and say you'd waiting ages and more so during Covid and just ask the audience if done. You'll have to have Vaseline on them for a few days so To make yourself feel more confident if just talk about it at the start. I hope you're workshop goes well!

If they are very noticeable then I guess I’ll have to! They are all men though and we’re all scientists so not sure what they’ll make of it!

Mine were very dark. As in, “What have I done?!” dark. For at least a week or ten days.

Yes, although I’ve got dark hair and dark brows so the first couple of weeks might be quite different with yours as you’re blonde!
