Everyday comfortable lipstick/gloss?

Trying to look a bit more groomed, I’m struggling with lips though - I hate the feel of lots of products on my lips (especially sticky lip glosses) and they get dry easily. I only want a hint of colour or shine, very neutral. Currently trying lanolips- but not sure it doesn’t make them dryer and it doesn’t last long.

I have the Glossier birthday balm (I think it's called) - I really like it. I have such dry lips and it really helps, plus it's not sticky but has some shine.

Burt’s Bees tinted lip balms are worth trying - lots of colours and give light, sheer colour. Very reasonable too.

I have dry lips, too - I would definitely recommend Lisa Eldridge's Luxuriously Lucent Lip Colour line! I have three different colours from this line and they're all beautiful, moisturising and quite longwearing. They're more like tinted lip balms than lipsticks, but you can definitely build up the colours if you want.

RCLO have really nice non sticky glosses.
