Just that really! I fancy a new ear piercing, but can't decide what!
I will definitely be having it on my right ear as I sleep on my left, and had my helix on that side which took SO. LONG. to heal 😢😅

I'm liking the look of the rook, although I don't think I have enough room for it sadly!
I also love the tragus, daith, and snug.. also like the anti tragus, too!

I have also been told I've not got any room for 3rd's 🤔🤣

Has anybody got one of the above, that you love and would recommend..? Or equally one that isn't above that you love? Would be awesome to see pics too!

Here's mine so far (not got anything in my 1st lobes)

I'd go for an orbital or a forward helix. I've got a rook, helix, orbital, conch and 2 lobe piercings on my right ear. An industrial and a lobe piercing on my left. I love the forward helix but I've tried it on both ears and it just didn't heal properly. I love the industrial on my left too.

@Gobolino80 thanks so much for all of the ideas! I do love the look of orbitals! I had a forward helix the other side but it was really not very well pierced and I had to take it out sadly.. it's kind of put me off! They are so so hard to heal. The idea of a daith I like, as it's tucked away inside the ear!

@pierced it seems forward helix is the trickiest of the lot for healing. My orbital has healed really quickly, just a few days of soreness and it was fine. I just had lobe piercings and a helix for years and then had a spur of the moment rook done when DP was getting tattooed and now I'm addicted! Going to have to move on to my left ear if I can just get my head around sleeping on my right for a while.

Love my tragus piercing. Healed really well (unlike my helix which still hurts like hell years later)

teaandbagels · 12/08/2021 09:01

I had my tragus pierced yesterday after a spur of the moment decision. It was sore yesterday but it's fine this morning.

Oooooo a curated ear Wink

Hi I have both the tragus and the daith. The daith did hurt a little more than the tragus but it did heal faster than I thought because its tucked inside your ear so it doenst really get caught on anything and I was able to sleep on it within a few days. Theres some lovely jewelry for them too. I'm now looking at the flat piercing but im guessing they will take a while to heal.

JLbaby · 12/08/2021 13:47

I have a rook piercing and my rook is smaller than yours so you may have space for it. A decent piercer will always tell you whether you do or don’t have space. I had to have mine on my right ear as not enough space on my left. How about a conch? I love mine.

@Miracle29 I also have a flat and had no troubles with healing, go for it!

MidnightHangingTree · 12/08/2021 13:50

I have my daith done and I love it. I have seven other ear piercings and it was by far the easiest one to heal, it looks great and I never ever catch it because it doesn't stick out from your ear. I slept on it from the beginning too, have had it done almost two years and have never taken it out. Would definitely recommend!

YippeeKiYay155 · 12/08/2021 13:54

I have a helix, rook, tragus, nose and several lobe piercings. The tragus healed the fastest for me. The rook still gets crusty 3 years later. The rook was also my most painful. If I could only keep one piercing, I would definitely keep my tragus.

YippeeKiYay155 · 12/08/2021 13:55

I've always like the scaffold piercing but I'm so bloody clumsy I would end up getting it caught and ripping it out 🤣

Brogues · 12/08/2021 14:11

Have a look at faux rook. It might suit your ear anatomy better. Also I second a flat -somewhere close to your helix would look nice.

I’m going to say I’m not sure about the daith for the same reason I decided against on for me. The best ones I’ve seen have the tragus ear flap Blush covering the bottom exit point if that makes any sense.

You could easily get a third hole but it’ll be in cartilage territory. What about a stacked, high-low, or snakebite lobe to compliment what you have?

Rockbird · 12/08/2021 14:17

How painful is the tragus? I have 3 lobes each side and two helix on the left. Two weeks ago I got an outer conch and a forward helix on the right (love the FH) but really wanted a tragus.

Thanks everyone you've all given me lots of food for thought!
Thank you so much to those that have suggested ones for me, I will research them and see what I like best! ❤️🥰

I also like the look of the faux rook it's quite popular where I live.

Good luck inf dining your next metal pierced

Rock bird I found the tragus the least painful piercing i had. I went thinking it would be really painful but it really wasn't I'd say the conch and helix would be more painful to be honest.

LookdeepintotheParka · 12/08/2021 22:09

I love the look of orbital and conch piercings. Would definitely have one if it weren't for wearing masks and headphones!

Not heard of a faux rook before but just googled and think it would look great with your current set of piercings OP
