I am looking at getting some new dresses and try a capsule wardrobe of sorts... I say new I mean ebay 
I've seen this Laura Ashley dress and really like it but want things I can wear all year around thinking maybe as an overcoat type thing. In winter so over a roll neck jumper with jeans and knee high boots or would I look a state?
