I wanted to buy some retinol but they will only accept a bank transfer. I tried to use a company to do it but they asked twenty questions and wouldn't do the transfer. Any idea where is reputable to do a transfer

You have no legal way of getting your money back if you pay by bank transfer. Mostly used by scammers and House purchases.

Don't they accept visa?

I've always paid on credit card with Pharmacy Geoff. Have they stopped taking cards?

I haven't ordered since pre-lockdown/Covid/leaving EU. Is it still easy to get stuff or do you have to pay import?
